Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer with strong experience in Google’s Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) Solutions. You will build deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and support delivery teams in designing and implementing modern GECX solutions for Accenture’s clients.

You’ll work directly with clients, support senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end project execution across global programs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation, with a focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and industry best practices, including AI Agent building and CCaaS strategy across multiple platforms.
Minimum of 5 years of experience aligning technology with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, and agent scorecards.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global Service technology solutions for customer channel solutions.
Architect and provide technical recommendations linking GECX product offerings to client environments.
Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
Configure and implement GECX CCaaS solutions within client environments and integrate into end-to-end architectures.
