Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience; HS Diploma or equivalent required
• 5–7 years of experience in the industry
• 2–3 years previous management experience

Responsibilities

• Complete responsibility for US import customs brokerage process and superior customer service delivery for defined team within CHB operation
• Set organizational plans for the team and own overall client experience
• Develop familiarity with client import programs and handle department planning for specific clients
• Manage KPIs and report results to management
• Drive employee engagement through training and performance management
• Ensure compliance with CFR FR 19, Section 111, Subpart C, and company policies
