Maersk is seeking a CHB Operations Associate in the United States to manage end-to-end customs brokerage for a portfolio of accounts. You will partner with customers, carriers, and government agencies to ensure compliant, timely imports and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to documentation and process improvements within Maersk's integrated logistics network.

Formación

• 6-12 months of experience in customs brokerage or related operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Customs Broker License is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of import processes and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and provide updates.
• Prepare and submit U.S. Customs entries and PGA filings in compliance with regulations.
• Manage entry files according to KPIs, service standards, and docs requirements.
• Coordinate shipment clearance with freight forwarders, carriers, airlines, and CFS facilities.
• Track and trace inbound shipments from arrival to final delivery and address delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation and upload entry packages into internal systems.
• Support billing processes, delivery orders, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coverage during peak volumes.
