Job summary

Maersk is seeking a CHB Operations Associate in the United States (Georgia, Hapeville) to manage end-to-end customs brokerage operations for a dedicated portfolio of accounts. You will partner with customers, carriers, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure imports move smoothly, compliantly, and on time.

The role requires detail-oriented, organized professionals with knowledge of U.S. import processes, and strong communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs brokerage or logistics operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of import processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers and provide updates.
• Prepare and submit U.S. Customs entries and PGA filings in compliance.
• Maintain entry files aligned with KPIs and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate shipment clearance with forwarders, carriers, and facilities to ensure timely release.
• Track inbound shipments from arrival to final delivery and address delays or risks.
• Maintain documentation and upload complete entry packages into internal systems.
• Support billing, delivery orders, and operational reporting.
