Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist III to join our PSA Customer Relations team in Plano, TX.

You will resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 3+ years in customer relations, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience with Google Workspace; Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills and empathetic manner.
• Organized, detail oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace systems.
• Knowledgeable utilizing Salesforce; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with internal and external parties.
• Collaborates with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions for customer responses.
• Provides accurate, valid, and complete information using department protocols.
• Resolves queries by clarifying the customer’s issue and determining best solution.
• Maintains accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Continuously updates department spreadsheet of incoming orders.
• Escalates unresolved issues to lead/supervisor.
