Collectors is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist I to support the PSA Customer Relations team. You will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and collaborate with operations to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer relations, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Google Workspace; Salesforce knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment in customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve customer questions.

• Maintain accounts with customer adjustments.
• Update department spreadsheet with incoming orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to lead or supervisor.
