Job summary

Collectors is hiring a Customer Relations Specialist III for our Plano, TX office. You will work onsite five days a week from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, supporting PSA Customer Relations by resolving inquiries, processing adjustments, and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires 3+ years in customer relations, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. You will collaborate across departments, de-escalate issues, and ensure high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to de-escalate customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to provide solutions.
• Provide accurate information using department protocols.
• Process customer adjustments and maintain accounts.
• Escalate unresolved issues to leads or supervisors.
