Collectors Universe, Inc. is hiring for a customer relations role in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a empathetic, detail-oriented approach.

Knowledge of Google Workspace and Salesforce is preferred. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing adjustments, and updating order records while coordinating with Operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills with empathetic voice and manner.
• Organized, detail oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace systems.
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce preferred.

• Exercise discretion and exhibit sound judgment when engaging with all parties.
• Collaborates with Operations and other departments to find solutions for customer responses.
• Provides accurate information by using department protocols.
• Resolves queries by clarifying issues and determining the best solution.
• Maintains accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Continuously updates department spreadsheet of incoming orders.
• Escalates unresolved issues to the lead/supervisor.
