Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Relations Lead, PSA to join the Customer Relations team. The role focuses on resolving customer issues, processing claims, and ensuring accurate, helpful communication.

The position is onsite at the New Castle, DE office with a 5‑day in‑office requirement. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in customer relations, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with Google Workspace; Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant customer relations experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills with empathetic manner
• Organized, detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace; Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with internal and external parties
• Collaborate with Operations to find solutions for customer responses
• Provide accurate information using department protocols to customers
• Resolve queries by clarifying issues and explaining solutions
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Update department spreadsheet of incoming orders and escalate unresolved issues
