Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist III for our Plano, TX office. This full-time role supports the PSA Customer Relations team, handling customer inquiries, resolutions, and orders with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

You will work onsite five days a week, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, engaging with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and listening abilities.
• Organized, detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace; Salesforce preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment in all customer interactions.
• Collaborates with Operations to find appropriate solutions for customer responses.
• Provides accurate information by following department protocols.
• Resolves queries by clarifying issues and determining best solutions.
• Maintains accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Continuously updates the department spreadsheet of incoming orders.
• Escalates unresolved issues to the lead/supervisor.
