Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist III to join our PSA Customer Relations team in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time, onsite role supports our daily customer service operations from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a focus on resolutions and accurate information.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in customer relations, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to de-escalate situations. Knowledge of Google Workspace and Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• At least 1+ years of relevant customer relations experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Empathetic and attentive listening abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer inquiries and resolutions
• De-escalate customer issues and provide clear, accurate information
• Process and investigate claims and shipments
• Maintain and update customer records; adjust accounts as needed
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to resolve issues
