Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders.
• Place orders via phone, fax, email, or counter sales and manage order entry.
• Negotiate pricing within policy and influence gross profit while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Determine most cost-effective shipping methods and coordinate shipments and returns as needed.
• Coach and guide less experienced Customer Service Representatives.
