• Negotiate price to maximize gross profit within parameters.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and improvements.
• Ensure appropriate inventory levels and expedite backorders.
• May process approvals up to defined thresholds.
• Provide coaching to less experienced Customer Service Representatives.
• Assist with item location and problem resolution.
