Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Customer Service Representative II to accurately determine and meet customer expectations. You'll respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and process orders, while supporting less experienced reps.

You will negotiate price within parameters to influence gross profit, maintain inventory levels, and build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. Strong communication, reliability and multitasking are essential for success in this role based in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders.
• Place orders via phone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Negotiate pricing within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and improvements.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and source products as needed.
• May place orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per purchase order.
• Expedite backorders and prepare orders for shipment.
• Source products from various inventories and determine cost-effective shipping.
• Handle customer returns and support specific customers as needed.
• Assist less experienced representatives with customer needs.
