Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead strategic engagement with our Signature customers in the NY metro area.

You will partner with executives to align business and technical goals, drive ROI, and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions across multiple orgs. You will orchestrate complex programs, mobilize resources, design agent-driven workflows, and govern AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

5–6 years of experience in Customer Success or related SaaS fields.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at executive levels.
Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

ROI-Driven Engagement: translate activities into tangible client value.
Complex Program Management: own Signature experience across multi-orgs.
