Spekit is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own outcomes for a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise accounts. You’ll be the trusted advisor and revenue driver, ensuring customers realize value and drive expansion.

This role is fully remote within the United States or hybrid from our Denver office. You must be authorized to work in the US. You’ll collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, and Sales to shape outcomes and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic CS at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing a mid‑market/enterprise portfolio with ARR in the $30K–$200K+ range.
• Proven ability to build relationships at VP/C‑suite level with Revenue/Enablement/RevOps leaders.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Own the post-implementation relationship for a portfolio of accounts from adoption through renewal and expansion.
• Drive adoption of Spekit across revenue teams and embed AI Sidekick into workflows.
• Build multi‑threaded relationships with champions and economic buyers.
• Lead business reviews tying Spekit impact to revenue goals.
• Voice of the customer with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
• Careful monitoring of account health to surface churn risk and mitigation.
• Manage escalations with urgency and cross‑functional resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify and close expansion opportunities.
