Job summary

Spekit is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own outcomes for a mid-market to enterprise portfolio. You’ll drive adoption, renewals, and expansions while building champions and advocates across executive levels.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure customer feedback informs what we build and how we go to market, all while delivering measurable value and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of owning net revenue retention and renewal/expansion success.
• Ability to build relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience managing a portfolio with ARR in the $30K–$200K+ range.

Responsibilities

• Own post-implementation relationship across a portfolio from adoption to renewal and expansion.
• Drive adoption of Spekit across revenue teams and embed AI Sidekick into workflows.
• Build multi-threaded relationships with champions and economic buyers up to C-level.
• Lead business reviews linking Spekit impact to customers' revenue goals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to shape customer feedback into roadmap.
• Identify customer advocates for case studies, speaking opportunities, and references.
• Monitor account health with data, surfacing churn risk early and mitigating it.
