Job summary

Spectrum, through its RapidScale division, seeks a Customer Success Manager III to oversee a portfolio of customers and drive adoption of RapidScale solutions while delivering exceptional service.

You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure value realization, renewal readiness, and long-term retention, with a focus on proactive engagement and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience required or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, Customer Experience, or Consulting in B2B tech/services.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, serving as their primary Customer Success contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with customers to maximize value of RapidScale solutions across their lifecycle.
• Escalate concerns and coordinate internal resources for timely resolution.
