Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for Enterprise customers. You will drive successful onboarding, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate closely with various teams. A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, strong technical knowledge, and demonstrate a commitment to developing their career.

This role offers up to $160,000 base salary plus bonuses and a flexible, remote-first work culture with excellent benefits including fully covered health insurance and unlimited paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in enterprise, customer-facing roles collaborating with technical and business teams.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, and regulatory compliance.
• Proactive ownership of customer portfolios and ability to make key decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes for customer service.
• Strong commitment to personal and professional development.
