Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with enterprise software solutions, startup experience desirable.
• 5+ years experience in customer success roles with security companies dealing with large enterprise and/or federal customers.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage client relationships to ensure renewals and facilitate expansion opportunities.
• Manage a strategic portfolio of Federal Civilian/Defense and SLED entities.
• Drive product adoption and assist customers in realizing business value.
