Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. seeks a Sr. Technical Success Manager to join the US Public Sector team in a remote capacity.

You will report to the Manager of Technical Success Management in the Customer Success department and support accounts across the United States, with flexibility for Eastern or Central Time Zone work and occasional travel. You will drive adoption, manage executive relationships, monitor health metrics, and address risk to protect renewals.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain DoD clearance (SECRET/TS).
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles with account management responsibility.
• Working knowledge of FedRAMP and US Federal Government security/compliance requirements.
• Strong grasp of networking protocols (HTTP/HTTPS/DNS) and hands-on troubleshooting with Ping/Traceroute/MTR/Wireshark across Linux/Unix/Windows.
• Familiarity with cloud security technologies (SASE, SSE, ZTNA, ZIA, ZPA) and auth protocols (SAML, LDAP, OAuth).
• Preferred certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+/Network+, CISSP/CCSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value realization by aligning Zscaler solutions to customer goals and tracking health metrics.
• Own customer relationships through regular business reviews with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Proactively manage risk by identifying early warning signals and developing mitigation plans to protect retention and renewal outcomes.
• Support FedRAMP moderate/high customers (IL2-4 and IL5) in post-sales/advisory roles.
• Enable and educate customers on feature adoption, best-practice rollouts, and new capabilities; contribute to knowledge bases.
