SentinelOne, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager, Public Sector, to guide a portfolio of enterprise customers through deployment, BAU, and incident phases.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver strategic advisory, and lead complex onboarding to drive customer success and adoption of SentinelOne security solutions. The role emphasizes proactive communication, incident management, and global collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure positive customer outcomes

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience directly engaging with enterprise customers.
• Proficiency across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems as well as containerized environments, demonstrated scripting experience with Python, PHP, and Unix shell scripts, and proficiency with MongoDB or comparable experience writing database queries and basic scripts, where MongoDB is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS in related roles (support, training, or professional services) with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Deep understanding of security technologies, architecture, and operations, with knowledge of threat handling, incident response, and SOC operations.
• Experience in training and enablement delivery and sharing information with teams and customers preferred.
• US-based status to support SentinelOne FedRAMP infrastructure.
• Customer-centric focus with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the technical account manager for assigned enterprise customers, ensuring an engaging and productive experience.
• Lead complex implementation and onboarding projects for SentinelOne products and services.
• Provide proactive communication, strategic advisory, and technical project management.
• Coordinate incident management and outages, acting as the customer liaison and internal coordinator.
• Mentor team members and advocate for customer needs across the organization.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends and SentinelOne solutions to drive adoption and value.
