Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a senior customer-facing technologist to own long-term outcomes for strategic and enterprise customers using Veeam’s Securiti Data Command Center platform. You will lead onboarding, adoption programs, and value reviews, engaging with CISOs/CIOs and guiding security posture, privacy, and AI governance solutions.

Qualifications

12+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architect, sales engineer, technical account manager, or customer success engineer.
Hands-on experience across cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and security technologies.
Strong stakeholder engagement with executives like CISOs and CIOs.
Experience running technical assessments and adoption programs.
Preferred certifications: AWS, Azure, CISSP, or CIPP.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical owner for onboarding and adoption with strategic and enterprise customers.
Lead technical health checks and value reviews to identify churn risk and expansion opportunities.
Advise on data security posture management, privacy, and AI governance solutions.
