5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Customer Success Engineering, TACM, or consulting.
Deep expertise across backup/recovery, virtualization, OS, storage, cloud, and security.
Ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the technical relationship for Enterprise and Commercial Named accounts.
Develop and maintain tailored Customer Success Plans tied to business objectives.
Guide activation, adoption, and optimization to deliver measurable value.
Conduct health assessments and architecture reviews across the portfolio.
Identify risks and opportunities to protect renewal and expansion.
Deliver executive-ready reviews and resilience reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales and CS leadership to drive cross-team outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate outcomes.
