Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to handle complex customer inquiries, quote requests, and order entry with limited supervision. You will leverage deep product knowledge to meet customer expectations and build lasting relationships, guiding junior reps as needed.

In this role you will process orders by phone, fax, email, or in person, optimize pricing within authorized parameters, and coordinate shipping and inventory to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills across written and verbal channels.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to negotiate within parameters.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex customer inquiries, provide quotes, and handle order entry.
• Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or in person.
• Influence gross profit by negotiating pricing within parameters.
• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and improvements.
• Ensure inventory is adequate for customers and coordinate shipping.
