Motion Industries is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to respond to complex customer inquiries, provide quotes, and enter orders. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships and driving repeat business while maintaining accurate product knowledge and strong communication with customers.

Under limited supervision, you will coach junior reps, manage orders up to specified limits, and coordinate with branches to ensure inventory availability and timely fulfillment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required, plus five+ years' related experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to complex customer inquiries and provide quotes.
• Place orders via phone, fax, email, or in person (walk-in).
• Negotiate pricing to protect gross profit within approved parameters.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and process improvements.
• Ensure inventory availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Coach and guide less experienced Customer Service Representatives.
• May handle returns and assist with branch quality/safety duties.
