Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned operations professional to oversee daily order-to-cash cycles for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, and governance to ensure reliable supply and high customer satisfaction while driving process improvements.

The role requires strong SAP/ERP, data, and regulatory knowledge and offers a collaborative, enterprise-scale environment with opportunities to influence end-to-end supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience and 5+ years in a related role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Knowledge of regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialization or partner-managed supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches/new models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to develop tailored solutions and strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, dependencies, readiness metrics, and communicate updates to PMO/leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 to reflect evolving external expectations.
