Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain leader in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, coordinating account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection while supervising third-party operations.

You will drive compliant process improvements, support launches, manage contracts and regulatory demands, and collaborate with IT, Master Data and Regulatory teams to ensure reliable supply and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in a relevant field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated/pharma environments with serialization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and data interfaces.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into action.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including billing and cash-collection.
• Ensure third-party operations oversight and issue escalation.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches.
• Collaborate with logistics to tailor solutions and build relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, pricing and programs.
• Align requirements across IT, QA, Regulatory, Finance, Legal.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and maintain risk and readiness.
• Engage with trade associations on NDC-12 readiness.
