Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior operations professional in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, coordinating with IT, Master Data, Quality and Regulatory teams. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

The role requires strong SAP/ERP, data integration, and process-improvement experience in regulated pharma environments, with a focus on serialization and government pricing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing, contracting and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions regarding NDC-12 readiness and Bayer's evolving approach.
