Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service, and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with SAP/master data systems, driving process improvements, and partnering with IT, Finance, and Commercial teams on pricing, contracts, and government programs. 5+ years in pharma ops and strong SAP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Bachelor's with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions, translating regulatory/data/system requirements into operational actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Act as SME for contracts, controls and audits; drive compliant process improvements and support launches.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to develop tailored solutions and strengthen customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing, contracts and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions and readiness metrics; provide updates to PMO.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions and evolving external expectations on NDC-12.
