Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and serialization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee O2B and B2C activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to tailor solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, pricing, and special programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk and readiness metrics.
• Maintain Bayer readiness through industry discussions and evolving best practices.
