Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will manage service delivery, billing, and cash-collection, while ensuring compliance and readiness for NDC-12 programs.

You will collaborate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Strong SAP/ERP and regulatory experience are important.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer operations, supply chain or pharma environment preferred.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized or specialty supply models a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces and tracing capabilities.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into practical operational actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for issues.
• Lead process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate readiness activities across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Maintain project plans, risks, dependencies, and readiness reporting to PMO and leadership.
• Monitor Bayer's readiness approach with evolving external expectations.
