Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader responsible for daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities across the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery, and high customer satisfaction while coordinating with data, systems, and pricing workstreams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches, acting as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, system interfaces, serialization, pricing, and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, keep readiness metrics and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 to reflect evolving external expectations.
