Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability, and pricing programs, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service.

In this role you will drive process improvements, collaborate with IT, regulatory, and commercial teams, and manage readiness for NDC-12 in a complex multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience with regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized/specialty supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and escalation for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
