Job summary

Bayer seeks an operations-focused professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service, and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate data, systems, pricing, and master data across SAP, serialization, and government programs, partnering with IT, finance, sales, and operations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with relevant experience in pharma or healthcare
• 5+ years of relevant experience in customer operations, supply chain, master data or systems integration
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized/specialty supply models is preferred
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, serialization/traceability, inventory and partner operations
• Ability to translate regulatory, data and system requirements into practical readiness actions
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business or supply models
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain partners to develop tailored customer solutions
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams
• Lead integrated cluster plans with transparent updates to PMO and leadership
• Maintain Bayer's readiness with evolving external expectations and best practices
