Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior supply chain operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will manage accounts, billing, and customer service while driving compliant process improvements and readiness across data, systems, and programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions regarding NDC-12 implementation and Bayer’s readiness.
