Job summary

Bayer is seeking a logistics and operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will drive process improvements, ensure compliant execution, and coordinate cross-functional teams across data, systems, serialization and pricing programs.

Responsibilities include managing contracts, regulatory and audit inquiries, and aligning IT with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations.
• Regulated pharma environments with serialized/specialty supply models preferred.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into practical ops actions.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies and readiness metrics.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness.
