Job summary

Bayer is seeking a skilled operations professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, pricing, and government programs, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

With 5+ years in pharma operations, you will drive NDC-12 readiness across master data and system interfaces, partnering with IT, Commercial, and Quality teams while ensuring strong governance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty or 3PL‑supported supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory, data and system requirements into practical operational actions.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management across levels of seniority.
• Forward-thinking mindset to evolving customer solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Cultivate relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing to enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
