Job summary

Bayer in the United States is seeking a supply chain operations professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities and ensure compliant service delivery for Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolios.

You will partner with cross-functional teams in IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and Commercial to optimize processes, coordinate NDC-12 readiness, and manage risks and performance metrics in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations and with regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, data master, and serialization.
• Ability to bridge business requirements to IT and business teams.
• Experience with cross-functional coordination and readiness reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities: account setup, billing, cash collection support, and issue escalation.
• Improve processes, support launches, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, and interfaces.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead cluster plans, manage risks, and report readiness to PMO and leadership.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and best practices.
