Qualifikationen

• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations and regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and serialization/traceability.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, incl. account setup, billing and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements and readiness for new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to improve customer engagements.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risks, decisions, dependencies and readiness metrics.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness approach reflecting external expectations and best practices.
