Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery, and high customer satisfaction while coordinating data, systems, and pricing workstreams.

You will lead cross-functional teams across IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and Commercial to drive process improvements and readiness, aligning with industry standards and Bayer’s

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Bachelor’s with equivalent
• Experience in pharma/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data & systems integration
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty or 3PL models; SAP/ERP knowledge
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into practical actions
• Strong coordination and reporting across IT and business functions

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash collection
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches or new business models
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory and Finance functions
• Lead integrated cluster plans and manage risks, decisions, and readiness metrics
• Engage with industry discussions to keep Bayer's readiness approach current
