Job summary

Bayer in the United States seeks a Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio, ensuring reliable service delivery and compliant processes. You will coordinate master data, pricing, contracts, and government pricing, aligning with IT and business partners for strong performance.

You will drive process improvements, support launches, manage third-party operations, and lead cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with experience in pharma operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations and regulated environments.
• Strong SAP/ERP and data readiness skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup and billing.
• Coordinate master data, pricing, contracts, and government pricing.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for readiness and controls.
• Lead process improvements and support launches and new business models.
• Maintain relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and logistics.
