Job summary

Bayer is seeking a skilled operations leader in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery. You will coordinate data, systems, serialization, and government pricing readiness.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field plus 5+ years in pharmaceutical operations, with strong SAP/ERP knowledge and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Regulated pharma environment experience and serialized/specialty supply models preferred.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches or new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, finance and marketing to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness and data/system readiness activities across master data, SAP and interfaces.
• Align cross-functional requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and report readiness to PMO/leadership.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness through industry discussions and evolving external expectations.
