Job summary

Bayer is seeking aOperations Lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate master data, SAP interfaces and serialization, ensuring compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in pharma operations and a strong track record in cross-functional collaboration, regulatory compliance and process

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty or 3PL‑supported supply models
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions
• Skilled in requirements gathering, dependency management, testing coordination, and readiness reporting
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive approach to evolving customer solutions in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order‑to‑Bill and Bill‑to‑Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support
• Drive compliant process improvements and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation to PMO
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC‑12 implementation and Bayer’s readiness
