Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned Operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliant service delivery, and drive readiness for NDC-12 across data, systems, traceability and pricing programs.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma supply chain, strong SAP/ERP knowledge, and a proactive approach to complex interdependencies.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant supply chain or pharma experience.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialization and 3PL.
• Strong SAP/ERP, data mastery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup and billing.
• Drive approved process improvements and support new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate readiness activities across master data, SAP, serialization, and pricing.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead cluster plans with risk, readiness metrics and transparent PMO updates.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness in line with industry discussions on NDC-12.
