Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash, ensuring compliant, efficient processes across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market.

The role coordinates data, systems, traceability programs, and customer operations while aligning IT, regulatory, and commercial functions to deliver reliable service and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a SME for contracts, operational controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers; build relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
