Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. The role focuses on reliable supply, compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction across multi‑functional teams.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree with 5+ years’ experience (or a Bachelor’s with equivalent) in a regulated pharma environment, with deep knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, and serialization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized/specialty/temperature-sensitive/3PL or contract‑controlled models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; manage third-party ops as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; advise on contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions; build strong relationships with account managers, sales and finance.
