Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You’ll coordinate resources, optimize processes, and ensure compliant service delivery across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include managing SAP/master data interfaces, serialization, pricing, and government programs readiness. Strong stakeholder management and industry engagement are required to drive Bayer’s supply chain

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as the escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a SME for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
