Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will manage account setups, billing, and collections while ensuring compliance and high service levels, working with SAP, master data, and regulatory requirements.

Key focus areas include process improvements, contractor oversight, and collaboration with sales, finance and IT to deliver reliable supply and accurate pricing

Qualifications

• Masters in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, IS or related field with 5+ years experience; or Bachelor's with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, data master, EDI/API interfaces and serialization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead project risks, communications, and readiness metrics for PMO and leadership.
• Keep Bayer ready with industry discussions and evolving best practices.
