Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Operations Leader to supervise daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction, while coordinating Data, Systems, Traceability and Government Pricing workstreams.

You will collaborate with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams to align requirements and drive readiness across

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and act as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business/supply models.
• Act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
